Seller (15) How to update order status?

 


 

1) Log into "Seller Dashboard", at "Seller Centre" select "My Sales"

2) At "Shop orders" centre, you can manage the order status according to the order process.

Processed - To tell the buyer their order is under processing.

Shipped - To tell the buyer their order is already ship out.

Delivered - Only select this status after buyer has received their order. You can check the delivery status with courier service.

Cancelledd - Cancel order.
