Here at bibiz, we want all our buyers to be fully satisfied with their process. If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you can fill out a return request with us. But before you do, check out the table below for the types of return reasons you can file with bibiz.
- Wrong products received
- Partial products received/freebies missed

You can request Return/Replace an item from your order with the steps shown below:
Step 1: Select "Purchases" at your profile
Step 2: Search the order number which you want to dispute
Step 3: Select action "Return/Replace"
Step 4: Leave your dispute message and select dispute reasons.
Step 5: Submit
Before you decide to cancel an order, please be reminded that cancellations are irreversible once submitted. However, rest assured that you can just as easily reorder after cancelling.
It’s important to take note of the order status before submitting a cancellation request. If your item says ‘Shipped’, you may still be able to cancel if it hasn’t been handed over to the logistics partner yet. Otherwise, you’ll be notified that by seller the cancellation is no longer possible.
You can cancel an item from your order with the steps shown below:
Step 1: "Select "Purchses" at your profile
Step 2: Search the order number which you want to dispute
Step 3: Select action "Cancel Order"
Step 4: Select your cancel reason and leave a message.
Step 5: Submit
After submit the dispute, wait for seller respond. If the seller not respond after 2 business day, you can chat with bibiz customer service at "Help" icon below the page.
