Shipping Terms & FAQ on Returned Item

1. You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in these Shipping Terms before you begin to use the Shipping Services. You agree to use the Shipping Services offered in the site by Poslaju, Nationwide Express and J&T Express in accordance with all procedures set by the shipping company.
  2.1 Shipping Fees/Rates are calculated based on weight, dimension, origin and destination, charged by the selected shipping companies, as mentioned above
A flat rate shipping fee of RM5.50 for the 1st kg’s in West Malaysia and RM10.50 to East Malaysia will be bear by the Buyer unless otherwise mentioned by the Seller in the product page that the shipping fee is free.
  3.1 Bibiz serves only as an intermediary between you and the applicable Carrier, allowing you to purchase postage and shipped your item to the respective Buyer. You are responsible for shipping the item to your customers. Bibiz is not responsible to pick up, transport, deliver or otherwise deal with your shipment.
  3.2 Once we send an email verification/text messages on the item purchased by a buyer, the seller must shipped the purchased item within 48 hours from the purchased date/time.
  3.3 As Bibiz provide Payment Protection Service to the Buyer, meaning all purchased item must reach the Buyer within the stipulated period. In view of this, Seller need to make sure that item purchased must be shipped to the Buyer within 48 hours and reach the Buyer in 5 working days in West Malaysia and 10 working days for Sabah and Sarawak . Seller will then have to update the system with “Shipped Item” and tracking number, for the convenience of the Company and the Buyer to checked on the item delivered. Failure to provide shipment notification within 4 days may cause your transaction and any associated payment to be cancelled at our sole discretion. As a seller, you waive your ability to win any disputes if the Buyer has proof that the package did not arrive due to not having Delivery Confirmation or Tracking Number.
  3.4 You are required to notify us when you change the status of an order. Changes in status could include but are not limited to: cancelling an order, refunding an order or alerting a customer about a missing item from their order. Do not contact customers directly unless replying to a question, alerting them of an order status update, or responding to a complaint.
  3.5 You may not use the Shipping Services provided in the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not, in the use of the Shipping Services, violate any laws in your jurisdiction or the laws of Malaysia.
  3.6 Bibiz will not be responsible for any local customs charges, import taxes or duties or any similar charges related to your shipments. You must figure out whether any of these charges will become due, and arrange for their payment. If any such charges become due as a result of your use of the Shipping Services and are charged to Bibiz by any competent authority, you agree to reimburse Bibiz fully in respect of the same within 7 days of our demand.
  3.7 Any use by you of Shipping Service provided in the site, is entirely at your own risk and discretion. You should ensure that you are familiar with and approve the terms on which shipping services provided on the site.
  3.8. These Shipping Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia applicable therein, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws.
  3.9. If a court finds any portion of these Shipping Terms to be unenforceable or invalid, that portion of the Shipping Terms will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and the remainder of the Shipping Terms will remain valid and enforceable.

1.   Why is my product not visible on the website after approval?
Once a product has been approved it will take 24 to 48 hours for it to sync to our website.
